We want you to love what you buy from us. But in case something’s not right, we’re here to help.

When Can You Return or Exchange a Product?
We accept returns or exchanges only in these cases:
1. You received the wrong product.
2. The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Important Notes
1.  Each return or exchange is handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. We do not offer return or exchange in the following cases:
3. The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
4. Our delivery partner tried to deliver 3 times and failed.
5. The recipient refused to accept the package.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
If your case meets the return conditions mentioned above, please contact our team within 3 days of delivery and share the following:
1. Your Order Number
2. Reason for return
3. A photo of the product if it is incorrect or defective
You must return the item within 10 business days of delivery, in its original condition — unused,
unwashed, unaltered, with tags and invoice.

What Happens Next?
If your return is approved, we’ll offer you:
1. A replacement, or
2. A credit note/code valid for 30 days on sitaraa.com

Processing your return or exchange may take up to 10 business days.
